Tantangan utama adalah mengintegrasikan data ini menjadi satu platform yang terpadu dan dapat diakses dengan mudah. Setiap bagian dari smart city mungkin menggunakan teknologi dan platform yang berbeda, yang dapat menyulitkan dalam mengintegrasikan dan memanfaatkan data dengan efektif.
